Is it only just me who thinks that this was not a mistake but a deliberate act by pukis?

Pakistan Cricket Board has apologised for the disrespect shown to the Indian flag due to their negligence in printing it upside down on some of the tickets for the first one-day match in Peshawar.
The mistake was rectified after Sachin Tendulkar, known to be very proud of his national colour, brought it to the notice of the management, which then sent a letter to the PCB drawing their attention to the gaffe.
A giant Indian flag put up in the lobby of the fourth floor of the hotel where the Indians were staying, was also upside down with the green up and saffron at the bottom whereas it should have been the other way round, 'The News' reported today.
Indian team's Media director Walia said no protest had been lodged over the mistake but it was just a reminder to the PCB to look into the matter and ensure it was not repeated.
"The Board has regretted the mistake and assured us it'll not happen again," Walia said.
Walia said so far on the tour the hospitality provided to the team had been exceptional and the security very good.
PCB Chairman Shaharyar Khan had taken serious note of the mistake and asked the company responsible for the printing of the tickets for an explanation, a Board source said.
