We have all seen and it has now been seconded by the only person whose command over economy cannot be surpassed on echarcha that the Harshad Mehta scam occured under Shri Manmohan Singh's watch.
I'm not creating this thread to cast aspersions on his credibility and contest his pedigree as an economist. The title has already been conferred on him by distinguished individuals here.
Also the SEBI is very watchful these days.
But having said that do you still feel that there >>'may'<< be some chances of a scandal to happen?
