Just a crazy thought from an almost surreal experience I had last night.

I was working late into the night yesterday. (Yes, we have an upcoming release and its quite hectic). I was standing in my apartment patio late at night just for a breath of fresh air before going to bed. I just looked around and saw noone around. Well, it was around 1:00 AM and I did not expect anyone to be there. I just looked around and all the neighbouring apartments were dark - no lights. Not a soul. Even the leaves on the trees near my patio were not rustling. All very silent and surreal.

This made me think - If I was to wake up tomorrow morning and find that life around me had ceased to exist, what would I do? Lets say there were no more human beings around me. All of them just vanished and I was all alone. No one in my city, no one in the neighbouring city, absolutely no one anywhere. Imagine the whole country has no one left. The TV stations are frozen to the shot of the news casters desk but no news caster. Radio is silent.

I go the web and there is no breaking news. Its all gone. I am the last of the human life on earth!

What if you were in such a situation?
What would you do? What do you expect to happen next?

Come on... would this not be a scary situation for you? I would be scared! Then I would try to come to grips with reality. There is no one around. What am I going to do?
How am I going to live alone? Then to more practical concerns - what about food? Where will I get food as I am not a farmer? When will the electricity just run out?

Actually, I would be happier....as for food and water....you can always get that from supermarket....shelves full of unperishable food...until you learn how to operate a tractor and farms:D

Yes it would be boring. I would not even be able to visit India as I dont know how to fly an airplane. Well, what would I do going to India anway? There would be no one there too.

Anyways, coming back to the topic.. Man, the thought itself is disturbing. Not scary as much, because I would have nothing to be scared of really.. theres no one who could do anything to me.. no one could ever harm me! I think it was like Eric Cartman finally got his hands on a million dollars or something like that, and he used it to buy his own amusement park (like Michael Jackson's Never-land), which he did not allow anyone else to enjoy/play.
