Help needed - my IE on one of my PCs got infected by this melware - please suggested a cleaner you've successfully used!

Dont use BPS Spyware first. Sometimes it ****s up the system and you will be forced to format-reinstall.

ok computer hotshots, lets see if you can help me with this.
i have started using the browser opera- the free version. i love it as it is faster than internet explorer and you can customise it to your tastes.

however, you get the banner toolbar which is annoying.
how do i remove this ba5tard without paying for the browser?
any help gratefully accepted.

also, are there any other browsers which you recommend?

Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/) - All the way! It doesn't get any better.

is mozilla faster than opera? or is just better in features.
i have noticed that opera does have some bugs in it but the browser speed makes up for the deficiencies.

I haven't used Opera, so can't compare the two. But I feel Mozilla is faster than IE. What I love the best about it is the Tab support. You can have multiple sites opened in different tabs in the same browser window. It comes with a preinstalled Google Bar and has a built in popup stopper. I never thought I'd find something better than M$ IE... :eek:

Yup.. mozilla is a cool browser no doubt. I like their concept of keeping extensions as add ons.. pretty smart folks. I use it usually for my news/stock tickers.
