HP is ramping its services group in bangalore.They are in the process of hiring managers at the middle/senior level for their Financial services group.Positions exist the project manager/senior project manager level (fitment of the person in the heirarchy will be decided at the time of discussion) in this group and they are looking at people who have had experience in working with internet technologies(java/J2EE/.net) at a project manager/delivery manager level. The person should have worked in the BFSI domain for a substantial period of time.
The HP team will be travelling across India in the last week of this month and first week of next month to have personal meetings with the people who they have shortlisted for these positions.The overall ramp up of the services group(across levels) would be in the 200-250 range over the next 2 months.As the ramp up is massive senior management talent to manage the growth is what they are looking at.
