So, if you were the President of the USA, how would you fix today's gloomy economy? What would you do to fix it?

Please dont get into bashing Bush or Clinton.

Stick to the analysis and your cure for the economy!

The internet bubble burst and then a string of frauds like Enron, etc. added fuel to the fire.

Now tell us what should be done to fix things so that economy starts getting better.
