Hi echarcha.com users,
Some users complained to me via email questioning me about privacy policy and terms of usage of echarcha.com.
O gosh! I am not going to break into your house just because you log into this site.;) Infact I dont even know your real names except whatever information you submitted while registering! I just run this site as a leisure time activity.
I feel that some folks take privacy concerns too far, but then these are my views. Anyway, in the best interests of all users and mainly to save me the grief of any of these privacy or other issues that may arise, I have put together a Terms of Usage and Privacy policy.
Please read it and accept it. I really mean to protect my interests and wish to run this site for personal entertainment and that of all you users without any uncalled for trouble.
The principle is simple - You are welcome to the site. If you like what you see here then good for you, but if you dont like it, then please go away. Dont blame me for anything.
So click on the Privacy and Terms of Usage (http://www.echarcha.com/privacy.shtml) link at the bottom of the home page and read it.
