Hexaware - Info Wanted

Hi

Ive just got feelers from Hexaware for job in India. Wanted to know

i) What should be salary per year of experience
ii) How is the company

Shring, I don't wanna dishearten you but one person, whom I know, did not have good experience with Hexaware.

A friend of mine got an offer from the company. She resigned form her old job and was about to join the company when she started receiving calls from 2 HR managers from Hexaware Chennai, each claiming that he was the REAL guy and the other one was fake.

Also, they offered a very low salary initially but then almost doubled it after negotiations.

Doesn't sound so professional. Does it ?

Dont know about how professional they are , but they are one of the few companies doing ectremly well.

with Apple Industries which had three companies - Apple Computer Education, Apple Finance and Hexaware. I worked under a manager who was later promoted to head Hexaware.

Hexaware is a BODY SHOP. Period. All the talks are all guffaws and crap! They depend solely on body shopping and putting people on time-and-material consulting model on so called 'turn-key projects'.

This was way back in 1997-98. I dont know how things have changed now.

Two words of advise - BE CAUTIOUS!!!
