Computer-related Health Issues

Folks,
Any of you experiencing health problems due to frequent computer usage? If yes, then what kind and what have you done about it?

I'm facing Carpal Tunnel from quite sometime and severe thigh and back pain time and again. And this is just at 24. Donno whatz in store. Wanna get outta this line:mad:

I cought 'melissa virus' once. I also have tunnel vision syndrome in that I can now see the world only thru www. :D

I can understand one having backpain, but what's the deal with your thighs? Change your chair, or the computer.
