If you like some good old fashioned narrative comedy, then see this.
If you like to see a different non-slapstick kind of movie then see this.
If you like Liv Tyler and dont understand comdey too much, then see this for her sake.
I saw this movie over the weekend and was glad to have seen it.
Its a story about three people who encounter a bad girl Jewel (Liv Tyler) and how they all get screwed in the end.
Liv Tyler meets a simpleton and poor Matt Dillon outside the bar "Mc'Cools" where he works. This starts the chain of events.
The three main characters - Matt Dillon the bartender, his rich lawyer cousin and the local police detective each recount the events since they meet Liv Tyler in a flashback. Towards the end the flash back becomes the present and then the movie goes on for a funny ending.
If you have seen and liked movies like Drowning Mona, Lets Throw Momma out of the train, Ruthless People, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, the Saturday Night Live skits, stand up George Carlin, D.L Hughley etc. then you will like this slightly subtler version.
Go ahead see it!
Note: If you are used to just slap stick like Jerry Lewis or Jim Carey then dont go for this film. And definitely dont go to see this film with Govinda in mind :) Govinda films are totally unique and different :D
