To be given a fair chance there should be a FAIR(proportionately) number of them in offices...otherwise like sane just said apne pichhwaade ko bohat khatra hai bhai...

They should given FAIR chance at Workplace for what.....???? If home is not enough then sure they can try at workplace.....but tomorrow they could ask FAIR Chance at streets, rivers, ponds, gardens.........
