Motorola, Bangalore (www.motorola.com) is expanding their R&D centre and are looking for people in the following profiles.
We have an opening for your profile with Motorola, Bangalore for their product group SSPD for the following position:
Position: Sr. Software Engineers (Positions:15)
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities: You will be acting as technical resource for projects and programs, involved in technical specifications,
architecture
and design of software systems and components.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of C/C++ , UNIX with good software engineering background.
Domain Expertise areas:
Hands-on implementation experience in 2G/2.5G/3G / WAP protocols and system development
Working knowledge of GSM/CDMA/UMTS/W-CDMA
-Multimedia protocols (H3xx, SIP, Streaming)
-Wireless Applications (Chat, IM, PhoneBox, Games, Bluetooth)
-Other Attributes:
-Exposure/Knowledge of various software tools, Programming background;
-Embedded programming skills
5-7 years of Experience- (4)
Experience in independently handling projects/modules.
Must have: Expertise in C/C++, Embedded s/w, WAP, GSM/CDMA/3G
Must have: 2 to 2.5 years Phone software development experience, CMMI process
Good communication Skills
Added advantage: MMS knowledge
Willing to Travel abroad.
