Has anyone tasted the rum cakes from the Grand Cayman islands???
They come in a variety of flavours, extremely high in fat, have a good size portion of Rum in it and are simply delicious!

THey are awesome .. and you dont have to go to Grand Caymans :D
We make it at home. I will give you the recipe if you want. My aunt taught me. The problem is, you cant have just one piece.

Wont it be easy to drink the rum off a glass instead of licking it off a cake?
