What would happen if....

Atal bihai vajpayee, advani got together with the RSS and other Hindu organizations and one fine day declared the follwing:

1. India is a Hindu Nation

2. Everybody is allowed to practise whatever religion they like but cannot preach about it in public meetings.
=> No evangelsim



What do you think will happen to the Vajpayee sarkar?

Will India retain it's status(?) in the World?

Will it lead to a downfall?

will it lead to India bieng a powerful nation?

Will pakistan be flooded with immigrants?

Er.. Arya,

They cant. That would require a two third majority in the parliament (constitution change) which they dont have. The only way they can do it is to declare the constitution invalid and impose dictatorship. And that wont happen. So, why bother ??

let everybody have the freedom to do whatever he/she/it wants to do. No interference by any country's govt. in such affairs.
